Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped.
• To cancel an order, email orders@campsterherb.com with your order details.

Refunds for Cancellations

• If canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
• If the order has already been shipped, the return process must be followed instead.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and unopened.
• Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
